About us

London Wildlife Trust is the only charity dedicated solely to protecting the capital’s wildlife and wild spaces. We manage over fifty London-wide reserves and campaign to save important wildlife habitats, engaging London’s diverse communities through access to our nature reserves, volunteering programmes and education work.

"The Wildlife Trusts play a very important part in protecting our natural heritage - I would encourage anyone who cares about wildlife to join them"  Sir David Attenborough, Vice President of The Wildlife Trusts

London Wildlife Trust is one of 47 Wildlife Trusts which form the Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts, a nationwide network of local nature conservation charities.  London Wildlife Trust is a politically independent charity that seeks to engage all Londoners on conservation and wildlife issues.
