A volunteering session in Oak Hill Wood, East Barnet, where we'll be working to improve walking routes and access

This medieval oak wood is a great place to spot bats, as well as being home to the rare wild service-tree and bright woodland flowers.

For this volunteering session we will be working on paths, wood-chipping and levelling boggy surfaces. We will gradually walk through the wood and work as we go along, including a stop for lunch.

This event is part of our regular Wednesday volunteering sessions. Please book your place for this session by contacting staff member Karolina using the details on the right-hand side. If you are new to volunteering, you can register as an official London Wildlife Trust volunteer on the day of the event.
