‘Forest bathing' is a form of active mindfulness when walking in nature. This hour long session will take inspiration from this practice, immersing you in the sight, sound, scent, texture and taste of Sydenham Hill Woods.

Spend your Saturday lunch immersed in the woods. This mindful tour of ancient woodland will focus your senses and leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to connect again with the world around you.
This event is being run in partnership with the Greater London Authority as part of 'London Tree Week' supported by the Mayor of London.
