Dragonfly willow weaving at Woodberry Wetlands, as part of London National Park City Week

Join us for a fun-filled, creative day learning how to make your very own model dragonfly, using freshly harvested, bendy willow sticks. We will also learn about the amazing dragonflies that call Woodberry Wetlands home!

Previously closed to the public, Sir David Attenborough opened this stunning nature reserve in 2016 and it is now an amazing place to enjoy nature and wildlife in the heart of London. Just ten minutes’ walk from Manor House tube station, with family-friendly café and toilets.

No booking required. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Supported by the Mayor of London

This event is part of London National Park City Week, when there’ll be over 270 fantastic events and activities celebrating London’s unique green spaces, trees, waterways and natural environment.
