About the event

A guided walk tuning into a busy time in the woods for London’s wild birds. Discover which species can be found in Dulwich Woods, a remaining fragment of the ancient Great North Wood. Learn how to identify summer visitors and residents like the Nuthatch and Tawny Owl.

This walk is led by Rianna Badesha, Engagement Officer for Dulwich Woods.

Meet for the walk at Sydenham Hill train station car park. Please dress appropriately for the weather and note, the wood has many uneven surfaces, so stout footwear is recommended. This walk is for adults and children aged 11+. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

This is a free event but donations are welcome, with all profits are invested into London Wildlife Trust’s conservation and education work and the care of its nature reserves.

If you have any questions please contact Sophie at learning@wildlondon.org.uk
