Camley Street Festive Market - apply to be a market stall holder

London Wildlife Trust will be hosting a one-off ethical and sustainable traders festive market at Camley Street Natural Park.

There are eight indoor and eight outdoor market stall spaces available.

If you are interested in running a market stall during this time, please read the information and complete the web application form below.

Market day: Saturday December 2nd 2023.

Opening times: Camley Street public opening hours, 10am - 4pm.

Set up: London Wildlife Trust will provide a plain wooden 6ft trestle table, included in the pitch fee which will have a simple Christmas decoration on the outside. Stall holders are encouraged to decorate their stalls, cover the tables and use any additional signage (subject to sign off) they have to advertise their wares. If power is required, we can provide 1 x UK standard plug socket for your stall.

Pitch Fee: Pitch fees are £70 per indoor stall and £50 per outdoor stall. We request a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your space and full payment is due within 30 days of the event date.

Overnight Storage: No overnight storage is available.

Insurance: Stall holders must have insurance up to the value of £1million for products and/or public liability. A copy of which should be included will need to be provided once stall confirmed.

Market Partners: We are open to working with all types of small business, but would ask that the products are ethical and sustainable, and you include any details of such so we can market accordingly. Please note we will be offering an in-house food & beverage offer so this opportunity is not open to catering companies.

Marketing: London Wildlife Trust will promote the market at regular intervals in the lead up to to the event, in our quarterly magazine, newsletter and on our social media platforms. Wider Context

The site is based in Kings Cross with fantastic views over Regents Canal. Following our first full year of opening, we have seen strong footfall across the year with a weekend average of 2,000. There are clear site lines of the proposed market location from the road and pedestrian bridge which sees very high footfall daily.
