Join us at Cranford Park for the Big Garden Birdwatch 2026!

As the UK's largest citizen science project, the garden birdwatch represents a great opportunity for us to engage with our local wildlife whilst contributing to a hugely important nationwide dataset.

This event will be half birdwatch and half bird walk, with some bird and general wildlife facts to add to the fun whilst we survey!

We'll be kicking off at 11am and finishing at around 1, with the hour for the watch taking place somewhere in the middle.

The meeting point is the car park (what3words///trying.began.pump) in which parking is free but we cannot guarantee availability! Please note the street address of the park is somewhat unreliable, the park's vehicle entrance is accessible from the Cranford Parkway interchange.

We'll have some binoculars available but can't guarentree enough for everyone so if you have your own pair please bring them.

Please bring weather appropriate clothing and suitable footwear, and maybe a bit of lunch as we're cutting across the middle of the day.
