About the event

Join us at our Butterfly Bonanza on Sunday 13th July, where we'll be learning about the butterflies found at Woodberry Wetlands.

This family fun day will include guided butterfly walks, butterfly ID under the microscope, butterfly lifecycles, making butterfly feeders and other crafts, storytime, face-painting, games and more!

Time specific activities:

• 12.30pm - 1.00pm: Nature Storytime - The Very Hungry Caterpillar
• 1.00pm - 2.00pm and 2.30pm - 3.30pm: Guided Butterfly Walks (book on arrival, please note that part of this walk will take place along a narrow path of uneven grassed ground)
• 1.00pm, 1.45pm, 2.30pm and 3.15pm: Butterfly inspired dance workshop

The event is aimed at children of all ages and their parents and carers. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

This is a free event, but donations are welcome. All profits are invested into London Wildlife Trust’s conservation and education work and the care of its nature reserves.
