Apple Day at the Village Orchard Dulwich
About the event
London Wildlife Trust welcome the local community to celebrate with us all the apples grown locally.
Activities on the day will include apple bird feeders and other crafts, making juice with an apple press, baking apples on the fire, and exploring the orchard to see what different varieties of heritage apples are growing there. Refreshments will be available to purchase.
Local folk band Larkin' the Woods will be playing live music from 2pm-3pm.
If the weather has been wet in the weeks leading up to the event, we would advise wearing wellies or sturdy footwear as the ground can get VERY muddy!
Drop in any time, no need to book. The event is free but donations are welcome. All profits are invested into London Wildlife Trust’s conservation and education work and the care of its nature reserves.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
