Family Learning - Southwark

Our FREE* Family Learning sessions give parents the opportunity to learn alongside their children allowing for quality time together that is fun and educational.

Being outside in nature is good for both your and your children's mental health - research has shown that children’s wellbeing increases after spending time outdoors connecting with nature.

There are different sessions to choose from on different days of the week. If you're feeling creative you can get crafty or maybe you'd like to find out more about a particular animal. There are different options available so take a look and see what interests you and your child the most.

All sessions are run by experienced professionals who are fully DBS checked. Children and parents/guardians participate together, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

*Due to the funding for these sessions, they are available to Southwark residents only. Adults participating must be a resident in the London borough of Southwark. Adults can only participate in one workshop per funding year. These workshops are funded for people from lower income households and those receiving benefits. However, all are welcome, if you can make a donation, these are gratefully received. All profits from the events we run at Centre for Wildlife Gardening are invested into London Wildlife Trust’s conservation work and the ongoing care of its nature reserves.

Booking is essential via the individual event pages below. For more information contact Diana on dwallace@wildlondon.org.uk.
