About the event

Become immersed in the urban oasis of Camley Street during an intimate exploration of nature through poetry and song.

Performed by 4 actors, this 40-minute experience is hosted by Three Sisters Productions, who invite you to pause, listen, and feel as we celebrate our connections with the natural world, even in the darkest months.

The experience starts with a walk through the diverse habitats of this peaceful reserve, peppered with poetry readings.

After the walk, you’ll be led into a circle where verse and melody will continue to bring the landscape to life.

About Poems in the Wild

Poems in the Wild had the best possible birthplace with Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter sharings at Knepp with Lia Brazier as co-producer. Following a successful event at Grosvenor Square with London Wildlife Trust, we are very excited to expand this collaboration and continue exploring nature in the city.

About Camley Street Natural Park

Camley Street is a unique urban nature reserve, having been saved from development and opened to the public in 1985. Historically the site was a coal drop for the railways into nearby King’s Cross Station, but today it is a pocket paradise for people and wildlife looked after by London Wildlife Trust.
