Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the London Wildlife Trust Kew Gardens Ticket Prize Draw 2025 (“Prize Draw”) organized by London Wildlife Trust (“Promoter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), Fivefields, 8-10 Grosvenor Gardens, Victoria, London, SW1W 0DH.
2. Eligibility The Prize Draw is open to individuals aged 18 and older, residing in the United Kingdom only. Employees within the fundraising and marketing & communications team of London Wildlife Trust are not eligible to participate.
3. Prize Draw Period The Prize Draw begins on 4th August 2025 and ends at 4pm on 8th August 2025. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
4. How to Enter Participants can enter the Prize Draw by completing the form.
5. Entry Fees The Prize Draw is free to enter.
6. Prizes The prize for the Prize Draw is two pairs of tickets to In Conversation at Kew Gardens. Each pair of tickets covers one live session only (either the morning or afternoon, selected at the point of booking). As well as entry to one live session, winners will be able to access Kew Gardens from 10am to 7pm on the day of their session.
7. Winner Selection Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 8th August 2025.
8. Winner Notification Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw closing.
10. Disqualification The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, London Wildlife Trust is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from participation in the Prize Draw or the acceptance of any prize.
13. Changes to Terms The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
