Mobility

The Coal House Café and surrounding outdoor area is fully accessible via a wooden boardwalk from the main road.

The guided butterfly walk will partly take place on a woodchip path that uneven and narrow, which is not accessible for many wheelchair users. There will be another butterfly activity and chat at the Coal House Café for those with reduced mobility or those who don't wish to partake in the guided walk.

Woodberry Wetlands is a large site with two gates - the East gate is on a residential road, the West gate is by a busy main road. Most paths along the waterside have no railing, but do have thick plant cover. The wooden boardwalk has railings on both sides.
