School sessions at Grosvenor Square

London Wildlife Trust welcomes more than 10,000 school children to our nature reserves each year. From September 2026, we are excited to welcome schools to the newly redeveloped Grosvenor Square in the heart of Westminster. Grosvenor Square has been redesigned as a place for people and wildlife, and now boasts a variety of habitats, an abundance of native planting, as well as toilet facilities and an indoor classroom.

The school programme at Grosvenor Square delivers curriculum linked sessions for Early Years Foundation Stage through Key Stages 1 and 2 (up to 11 years) and offers bespoke sessions for Key Stages 3 and 4 and post 16. Sessions are designed to complement and deepen students learning back in the classroom.

We also deliver our Neighbourhood Schools programme with local primary and secondary schools. This is a year-long programme where students visit the Square for between 3-6 sessions throughout the year.
