About the event

The sessions will be every other Sunday  from 3rd October finishing 12th December . They will take place in our outdoor classroom and in the forest school copse as well as nature walks and adventures around site.

Children will learn how to safely use tools, make shelters, light a fire, cook on a campfire, arts and crafts, identify different animals, plants and trees, bushcraft skills, and eat lunch amongst the woodland wildlife.

They'll also learn how to make a fire, cook lots of delicious healthy foods for a snack, new skills, how to make tools, build a den, forage for different plants, build homes and feeders to help out out local wildlife and lots more.

These are 2 and a half hour forest school sessions starting at 10am and finishing at 12.30pm, snacks are provided. These are unaccompanied sessions.

There will be a maximum of 12 children per session and a minimum of three adults; two trained London Wildlife Trust staff and at least one of our wonderful volunteers.
