Your will is drafted at a face-to-face appointment with a solicitor local to you and London Wildlife Trust will cover the cost of a simple Will, subject to availability. More than 860 solicitors are part of the Free Wills Network.

How to leave a gift in your Will

What kind of gift can I leave?

There are two main ways to leave a gift in your will:

  • A fixed-sum cash gift
  • A share of your estate

What if I don’t have a Will?

If you don’t yet have a will, please use a solicitor to draw one up. Any solicitor local to you can provide help or advice, and can ensure your will is legal and valid. As a friend of London Wildlife Trust, you can also access our free will-writing services

Can I amend my Will?

If you already have a Will, it’s a good idea to review it to make sure it still reflects your wishes. You can update your Will at any time and amending your Will to include London Wildlife Trust is very simple. 
To do so, you will need to provide your solicitor with our charity name and registration number:

What about inheritance tax?
