12 Days Wild - Wildlife Trusts

Join us for 12 Days Wild

A midwinter nature challenge

12 Days Wild is our festive nature challenge, encouraging you to do one wild thing a day from the 25th December to the 5th January each year.

As the days grow colder and darker, it's easy to overlook the natural world around us. But rest assured, even in winter, nature's presence can have a powerful impact on our wellbeing. Join us as we guide you to connect with nature mindfully.

This year we have created a mindfulness journal to keep track of your wild adventures throughout the 12 days and beyond!  By using a journal we can reflect and focus on those bright moments of our day.

Be sure to share your journal with us using the #12DaysWildWellbeing

This journal can be printed at home or used digitally on your device! Simply click the link below and you can fill in a box a day, or choose to print and get creative with your journal!
