About the event

Join us for a walk to experience the dawn chorus, a concert of bird song that erupts early in the morning as birds attempt to defend their breeding territories and attract new mates. From wrens to robins, tits to finches, come and experience the range of bird song that can be heard at this wonderful nature reserve, a part of the Great North Wood.

This walk is led by Rianna Badesha, Engagement Officer for Dulwich Woods.

Meet for the walk at Sydenham Hill train station car park on College Road. Please dress appropriately for the weather and note, the wood has many uneven surfaces, so stout footwear is recommended. This walk is for adults and children aged 11+. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

This is a free event but donations are welcome, with all profits are invested into London Wildlife Trust’s conservation and education work and the care of its nature reserves.
