About the event
Come and learn all about dragonflies, damselflies and demoiselles at Walthamstow Wetlands. Learn about their behaviour, habitats, some of the threats they face and what we can do to help. Enjoy dragonfly-themed crafts and a nature walk.
This is a free workshop, but booking via Eventbrite is essential. A £3 deposit is required on booking, which is refundable when you attend. We do not want the deposit to be a barrier to accessing this event, if it is not affordable for you, please email learning@wildlondon.org.uk for a place.

This session will be led by Jane (she/her) from our Learning & Engagement team.
Aimed at 6- 12 year olds but younger siblings welcomed. All children must be accompanied throughout the session by a responsible adult.
This is a free event, but donations are welcome. All profits are invested into London Wildlife Trust’s conservation and education work and the care of its nature reserves.

Dogs
Please be advised that trained assistance dogs on duty are welcome, but in order to protect the sensitive habitat and drinking water supply, we cannot allow other dogs or pets of any kind on-site, as the wildlife may become distressed.
