About the event

Join us on an easy walk around Walthamstow Wetlands and learn about the importance of the reserve during spring migration.

Discover which birds might be passing through and which ones are settling for the summer, from reed warblers to terns and everything in between.

Led by friendly guides, bring binoculars if you have them and we have a few pairs to borrow.

Be sure to check the forecast in advance and dress in layers appropriate for weather conditions.

Meet outside the car park gates on Forest Road. The route will vary depending on recent sightings.

A workshop for adults (over 18s) and children over 12s (accompanied by an adult).

Although the event is free, donations are welcome to support the work London Wildlife Trust does.
